Micronit was founded in 1999, with an initial focus on the miniaturization of devices using microtechnology. Currently, Micronit is the world leader in the field of innovative lab-on-a-chip and MEMS solutions that utilize micro- and nanotechnologies. Micronit offers a unique combination of microfluidics and MEMS expertise, from design to prototyping to manufacturing; materials, from glass to polymers, in silicon or hybrid combinations, and application know-how.
Mold making and injection molding process development
Axxicon has over 30 years of experience in high precision mold making and injection molding process development, with a background in the optical media (CD, DVD, Blu-Ray) industry. Axxicon is specialized in the replication of microstructures and nanostructures that combine high optical requirements. As of 2010, Axxicon has served the microfluidics market by enabling the production of polymer microfluidic cartridges.
Specialist in custom-made development and manufacturing of polymers and assemblies
Established in 1939, Helvoet Rubber & Plastic Technologies is internationally active in the custom-made development and manufacturing of precision rubber and plastic components and assemblies. Helvoet’s competitive advantage lies in the engineering and manufacturing of functional parts and modules for use in various application areas and markets. For assembled products, the application of innovative rubber, plastic, and assembly technology plays a prominent role.
