Our prototyping services enable you to easily and efficiently test your design according to its specifications. We can quickly provide you with polymer samples either made directly into a polymer substrate by micro-milling or hot embossing, molded in our own mold bases, or for your validation, produced with dedicated injection molding tools. We offer the best sampling solution for all your project phases.
The development of a successful microfluidic consumable starts with a good and reliable design. One that is suitable for volume manufacturing and the shortest possible time to market. When it comes to manufacturing, we'll walk you through all the necessary steps to ensure the flawless production of your device. We use a Gamp-V model to build and validate the equipment to define the requirements and specifications. We are working on Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analyzes and DOE’s (Design of Experiments) to learn where the risks are, what measures to take, which backup situations to agree on, and to learn how variables affect the manufacturing process. Finally, we create a device master record, a complete documentation set of all files associated with the project.
